Core Responsibilities
- Prepare permit drawing sets using AutoCAD files, site survey reports, and utility interconnection documents.
- Draft electrical and civil layouts aligned with AHJ permit checklists and US solar codes.
- Review zoning maps, setback drawings, and structural notes before submission packages.
- Compile permit application forms, title sheets, and revision logs for authority submission.
- Update drawing revisions based on redlines received from permitting portals.
