Company Introduction

Core Responsibilities
- Inspect rotary equipment, compressors, and utility systems using maintenance logs, vibration meters, and shutdown checklists inside API blocks.
- Prepare mechanical layout drawings, equipment datasheets, and load calculations for reactors, centrifuges, and ancillary systems.
- Review preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spare part registers for plant machinery.
- Assess installation of pumps, heat exchangers, and pipelines against approved P&ID drawings and equipment manuals.
- Validate statutory inspection records, calibration tags, and safety interlock documentation for mechanical assets.
- Oversee trial runs of new mechanical installations using commissioning reports and punch-list records.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Mechanical equipment datasheets and P&ID documentation.
- API plant machinery including reactors, centrifuges, pumps, and compressors.
- Maintenance management systems and shutdown planning tools.
- Condition monitoring instruments such as vibration analyzers and infrared thermometers.
- Statutory compliance documents and inspection formats.
Experience Context
- Exposure within API manufacturing plants operating multiple production blocks and utility networks.
- Hands-on involvement with large mechanical assets where downtime impacts batch schedules and plant throughput.
- Working across shutdown windows where incomplete checks can halt regulatory-approved production.
