- Inspect lifting tools, harnesses, and scaffolding tags before site use.
- Maintain accident records, near-miss reports, and safety audit files.

- Personal protective equipment and fall protection systems.
- Safety checklists, permit-to-work forms, and audit formats.
- Fire extinguishers, safety signage, and barricading materials.
