- Generate site-specific quotations using standard pricing templates.
- Conduct field visits supported by brochures and reference drawings.
- Update enquiry status within sales tracking registers.
- Collect project requirements through documented client briefs.
- Submit finalized offers for internal commercial approval.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Sales enquiry registers and quotation software.
- Presentation decks and technical brochures.
- Basic PEB drawings and layout plans.
- Email documentation and offer letters.
- Microsoft Excel for rate calculations.
Experience Context
- Role operates across office desks and outdoor client locations.
- Manages multiple small to mid-size project enquiries.
- Without this role, lead conversion slows significantly.
