Core Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality checks on compression, coating, and packing lines using approved IPQA checklists.
- Document line clearance observations and verification records at each manufacturing stage.
- Review batch manufacturing and packing records for completeness against approved formats.
- Verify critical manufacturing parameters recorded on shop floor instruments.
- Witness validation and exhibit batches with contemporaneous documentation.
- Prepare change control, investigation, and CAPA records within the quality system.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packing Records.
- IPQA checklists and line clearance formats.
- In-process testing instruments for solid dosage forms.
- Quality management systems for CAPA and change control.
- cGMP and GDP compliance documents.
- Process validation and exhibit batch reports.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out on the shop floor of a pharmaceutical formulation plant.
- Exposure includes simultaneous monitoring of multiple commercial batches.
- Absence of this role results in incomplete documentation and regulatory non-readiness.
