Core Responsibilities
- Prepare dispatch lists by matching finished tower parts with approved packing lists.
- Supervise loading of fabricated members using cranes and forklifts.
- Check vehicle weighment slips against dispatch documents.
- Label bundles with destination tags and sequence numbers.
- Maintain physical dispatch registers for outgoing material.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Dispatch challans and packing list documents.
- Forklifts and material handling cranes.
- Weighbridge slips and loading registers.
- Steel tower member identification markings.
- Logistics documentation files.
Experience Context
- Work is performed within fabrication yards and dispatch zones.
- Daily volumes include truckloads of tower members.
- Absence of this role leads to shipment errors and site shortages.
