- Record attendance and leave data into payroll sheets and monthly tracking registers.
- Process salary calculations through payroll software and generate pay statements.
- File statutory forms, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding checklists in personnel records.
- Update human resource policies in controlled folders and circulate approved versions.
- Maintain induction schedules and register attendance for new joiners.
