- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera software based on approved engineering drawings.
- Update planning charts by recording construction progress from site progress reports.
- Generate look ahead schedules using baseline programs and milestone documents.
- Compile weekly planning reports using spreadsheet trackers and timeline graphs.
- Review contractor planning submissions against approved master schedules.
- Maintain planning records within controlled project documentation systems.
