Core Responsibilities
- Prepare reinforced concrete and steel structural drawings using approved design calculation sheets and issued architectural layouts.
- Develop structural design calculation documents using loading data, material specifications, and applicable building codes.
- Review soil investigation reports and foundation design documents to define structural member sizing.
- Create detailed bar bending schedules and connection details for slabs, beams, columns, and structural frames.
- Check structural drawings against approved calculations before submission for consultant or authority review.
- Maintain controlled records of issued drawings, revisions, and calculation files for project traceability.
