Core Responsibilities
- Dismantle and assemble mechanical parts of plant equipment using fitting tools and blueprints.
- Lubricate moving components and adjust alignments on pumps compressors and mixers.
- Attend breakdown calls and restore equipment using spares maintenance kits and manuals.
- Fill daily maintenance registers and machine service cards after physical work completion.
- Clean work areas machines and tools following plant sanitation instructions.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Fitting tools vices files spanners and cutting equipment.
- Mechanical drawings equipment manuals and maintenance checklists.
- Lubrication systems greases and industrial oils.
- Basic measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and gauges.
- Plant maintenance documentation formats.
Experience Context
- Hands on role inside an active pharmaceutical production facility.
- Daily handling of multiple machines supporting formulation and filling areas.
- Without this role equipment failures remain unresolved causing production delays.
