Core Responsibilities
- Operate vial and ampoule washing machines within the injectable block using loading trays, spray nozzles, and control panels to complete scheduled cleaning cycles.
- Monitor sterilization parameters on autoclave display screens and record temperature and pressure readings in batch manufacturing records.
- Perform machine changeover by dismantling contact parts, replacing format components, and adjusting conveyor guides with calibrated tools.
- Inspect cleaned glassware under illuminated inspection booths and segregate rejected units into labeled rejection bins.
- Fill logbooks and equipment usage registers with cycle details, detergent quantities, and sanitization records as per approved formats.
- Transfer washed components to sterile holding areas using stainless steel trolleys and maintain area status labels on equipment.
