Position Overview

The Stores Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, coordinating material dispatch and receipt, and supporting uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Monitor material issuance to production departments.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards.
• Operate ERP systems for inventory updates.
• Prevent material loss, damage, and discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.
