Godrej Properties is hiring an experienced Manager Sustenance Sales to strengthen its sales operations in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is designed for sales professionals with strong experience in the real estate and construction sector who can manage customer relationships, drive sales performance, and maintain long-term client engagement. Candidates with around 8 years of experience in sales management will be responsible for handling customer portfolios, supporting property sales strategies, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong communication and negotiation skills. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with marketing teams, sales executives, and management to ensure successful project sales performance and customer engagement across real estate developments.
