Basel Infra is hiring professionals for the role of Tender Executive for its construction project management and tendering operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in tender preparation, bid documentation, project estimation support, contract coordination, technical documentation, vendor communication, proposal preparation, compliance management, project administration, and infrastructure project support activities.
The selected candidate will support tendering and proposal activities related to construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents and bid submissions, maintaining tender records and project documentation, coordinating with project teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and submission guidelines, supporting estimation and proposal development activities, monitoring tender schedules and deadlines, participating in bid review meetings and project discussions, assisting in documentation control and reporting activities, supporting contract administration functions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to tender management and project acquisition processes.
