QS & Billing Engineer

Ltd. is hiring professionals for the role of QS & Billing Engineer for its construction project management operations in Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 5 to 6 years of experience in quantity surveying, billing engineering, cost estimation, project billing, contract administration, measurement verification, project documentation, cost control, construction accounting support, and infrastructure project execution activities.

The selected candidate will support quantity surveying and billing activities related to construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing project bills and quantity estimates, verifying measurements and project progress records, maintaining billing documentation and contract records, coordinating with project execution and finance teams, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and billing procedures, supporting cost monitoring and budget control activities, participating in project review meetings and commercial discussions, assisting in variation analysis and billing reconciliation activities, monitoring project costs and reporting systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to commercial management and project delivery.
