- Maintain employee records using HR files and registers.
- Prepare appointment letters and joining documentation.
- Track attendance through biometric and manual logs.
- Process leave records using HR tracking sheets.
- Support payroll data preparation through verified inputs.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- HRMS platforms and attendance systems.
- Employee master files and personnel folders.
- Payroll input sheets and statutory formats.
- Appointment letters and HR templates.
- Microsoft Excel for record maintenance.
Experience Context
- Work is performed within corporate office environments.
- Handles records of operational and site staff.
- Without this role, compliance records become inconsistent.
