Core Responsibilities
- Inspect chillers, compressors, and cooling towers using pressure gauges and temperature indicators.
- Maintain utility logbooks by recording daily readings from boilers and air handling units.
- Overhaul pumps, gearboxes, and agitators using hand tools and lifting tackles.
- Test standby power systems through panel meters and generator check sheets.
- Replace worn mechanical parts based on maintenance history cards.
- Update preventive maintenance planners displayed on engineering notice boards.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Boilers, compressors, chillers, and fermentation utility systems.
- Maintenance schedules, equipment history cards, and shutdown checklists.
- Dial gauges, pressure meters, and vibration measuring instruments.
- Electrical panels, DG sets, and HVAC equipment.
- Mechanical drawings and OEM equipment manuals.

- Work is performed across utility blocks and production-connected service areas.
