Core Responsibilities
- Operate liquid manufacturing equipment such as mixers and transfer pumps.
- Weigh and dispense raw materials using calibrated balances.
- Fill batch manufacturing records during each manufacturing stage.
- Monitor in-process parameters documented on control sheets.
- Clean equipment following approved cleaning records.
- Prepare line clearance checklists before batch start.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Liquid manufacturing vessels and mixing systems.
- Batch manufacturing records and dispensing logs.
- Calibrated weighing balances.
- Cleaning validation checklists.
- In-process control sheets.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out on the production floor of a liquid formulation plant.
- Batches range from pilot to commercial manufacturing scale.
- Without this role, batch flow halts due to incomplete shop-floor records.
