Core Responsibilities
- Review contract agreement documents, tender drawings, and commercial schedules using approved contract files.
- Prepare item-wise rate analysis sheets from BOQs and tender price schedules.
- Record variation quantities on site using measurement sheets and approved drawings.
- Verify subcontractor bills against contract clauses, certified measurements, and rate tables.
- Maintain claim registers, correspondence files, and commercial trackers for ongoing packages.
- Draft contractual letters, notices, and claim submissions using standard contract formats.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Contract agreements, GCC, SCC, and special condition documents.
- BOQ, item rate schedules, and variation statements.
- MS Excel commercial trackers and billing formats.
- Measurement sheets and abstract quantity statements.
- Subcontract agreements and claim documentation.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out at large infrastructure project offices supporting tunnel construction sites.
- Project scale includes multi-package road and tunnel works with high contract values.
- Without this role, commercial control, claim tracking, and bill certification collapse.
