Core Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory scale reaction setups using round bottom flasks, heating mantles, and condensers.
- Conduct synthesis trials by weighing chemicals and recording parameters in development notebooks.
- Monitor reaction progress using thin layer chromatography plates and solvent systems.
- Isolate trial batches through filtration units, rotary evaporators, and drying equipment.
- Compile experimental data into development reports and laboratory trial summaries.
Skills and Technical Exposure
