Core Responsibilities
- Test voltage levels using calibrated multimeters at distribution boards.
- Replace damaged cables, sockets, and switches using insulated tools.
- Inspect motor control panels with wiring diagrams and terminal markers.
- Record electrical load readings in daily energy logs.
- Secure earthing connections using clamps and resistance meters.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Multimeters and insulation resistance testers.
- Electrical panels and circuit breakers.
- Single line diagrams and wiring schedules.
- Earthing systems and grounding tools.
- Energy consumption registers.
Experience Context
- Work occurs across utility rooms and production electrical zones.
- Multiple panels support machines and HVAC systems.
- Absence of this role leads to power faults and unsafe conditions.
