Core Responsibilities
- Supervise solar cleaning robot installation at ground mounted and rooftop sites using layout drawings and installation checklists.
- Inspect tracker alignment and mounting structures with torque tools and measurement gauges at project locations.
- Monitor daily site progress through physical verification of panels, cables, and mechanical assemblies.
- Allocate technicians and contractors using manpower deployment sheets and site registers.
- Verify safety compliance on site through inspection of protective equipment, barricading, and permit documents.
- Record work completion status in site logbooks and submit daily progress formats.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Solar cleaning robots and automated maintenance equipment.
- Solar photovoltaic modules, trackers, and mounting structures.
- Mechanical installation tools including torque wrench and leveling instruments.
- Electrical drawings, installation layouts, and method statements.
- Site registers, safety permits, and inspection formats.
Experience Context
- Work takes place at operational solar project sites with multiple megawatt capacity installations.
- Role involves hands on presence across outdoor environments with moving machinery and live equipment.
- Absence of this role leads to improper installation sequencing and unsafe site conditions.
