- Charge raw materials into stainless steel reactors using batch manufacturing records and calibrated weighing balances.
- Monitor reaction parameters on distributed control system panels and record readings in production logbooks.
- Operate centrifuges and dryers to separate and dry intermediates as per approved manufacturing instructions.
- Transfer finished batches to labeled containers using pumps and hoses approved for pharmaceutical use.
- Clean reactors, pipelines, and vessels using validated cleaning checklists and log sheets.
- Prepare batch completion documents and submit records for review after manufacturing closure.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Stainless steel reactors, agitated vessels, and pressure-rated pipelines.
- Distributed control systems and batch manufacturing records.
- Centrifuge machines, tray dryers, and vacuum dryers.
- Calibrated weighing balances and material transfer pumps.
- Production logbooks, cleaning records, and equipment usage logs.
