- Maintain confidential records using secured folders, document trackers, and access controlled files.
- Arrange travel details using booking confirmations, itinerary sheets, and expense approval forms.
- Record follow up actions using task lists, status trackers, and completion reports.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Microsoft Word document templates and structured report formats.
- Microsoft Excel trackers for schedules, expenses, and task monitoring.
- Microsoft PowerPoint slide decks for internal and external presentations.
