  • Maintain confidential records using secured folders, document trackers, and access controlled files.
  • Arrange travel details using booking confirmations, itinerary sheets, and expense approval forms.
  • Record follow up actions using task lists, status trackers, and completion reports.

Skills and Technical Exposure

  • Microsoft Word document templates and structured report formats.
  • Microsoft Excel trackers for schedules, expenses, and task monitoring.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint slide decks for internal and external presentations.
