Core Responsibilities
- Create recruitment files by collecting resumes, interview notes, selection sheets, and signed offer letters.
- Maintain employee records through appointment letters, identity proofs, service registers, and personal files.
- Prepare payroll documents using attendance registers, wage sheets, statutory deduction statements, and bank transfer files.
- Compile statutory compliance records including labor registers, inspection books, and government filing acknowledgments.
- Draft and update human resource policies by issuing policy documents, amendment notes, and approval copies.
- Record performance review outcomes using appraisal forms, scoring sheets, and signed evaluation documents.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Human resource information system software used for employee master data.
- Payroll software handling salary calculation and deduction statements.
- Labor law registers, statutory forms, and compliance filing documents.
- Performance appraisal templates, rating sheets, and review records.
- Spreadsheet applications used for manpower tracking and payroll summaries.
