- Maintain employee records by updating appointment letters, appraisal forms, and service files stored in the human resource system.
- Review monthly payroll statements through salary registers, attendance sheets, and statutory deduction summaries.
- Draft company policies by compiling compliance checklists, labor law references, and internal approval notes.
- Conduct performance reviews by circulating appraisal documents, scorecards, and signed evaluation records.
- Monitor statutory filings by verifying challans, return copies, and government portal acknowledgments.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Human resource information system software used for employee data maintenance.
- Payroll management systems handling salary computation and statutory deductions.
- Labor law compliance documents including registers, returns, and notification files.
- Performance appraisal formats, rating sheets, and evaluation records.
- Government compliance portals for provident fund and employee insurance filings.
