- Prepare project schedules using planning software and baseline programs.
- Update progress charts using site progress reports and photographs.
- Compare planned versus actual timelines using tracking sheets.
- Maintain look ahead schedules and milestone monitoring files.
- Issue schedule revision notes based on approved changes.
