Company Introduction
Copmed Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd operates a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility delivering finished dosage forms to domestic and international markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Inspect utility pipelines, valves, and gauges using maintenance checklists and calibrated hand tools within the manufacturing plant.
- Operate water system panels, pumps, and filtration units while recording readings in equipment logbooks.
- Monitor boiler parameters through approved control instruments and document values in statutory registers.
- Perform mechanical servicing on motors, bearings, and drive assemblies using standard maintenance tools.
- Verify preventive maintenance schedules against equipment history cards and signed records.
- Handle shutdown and startup preparation using approved engineering documents and safety permits.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Water treatment systems including reverse osmosis units and distribution loops.
- Approved boiler systems, pressure gauges, safety valves, and control panels.
- Mechanical tools such as torque wrenches, alignment gauges, and lubrication equipment.
- Maintenance documentation including equipment history cards and statutory compliance registers.
- Plant utility drawings and approved engineering manuals.
Experience Context
- Work performed inside a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant supporting round the clock utilities.
- Exposure to multiple equipment units such as boilers, pumps, and water treatment skids operating simultaneously.
- Without this role, utility availability drops, equipment readiness declines, and manufacturing schedules stall.
