Core Responsibilities
- Collect raw material and finished beverage samples using sterile sampling tools.
- Perform microbial enumeration using petri dishes, incubators, and colony counters.
- Prepare culture media and reagents as per approved laboratory manuals.
- Record test observations in microbiology worksheets and logbooks.
- Monitor hygiene conditions by swab testing of equipment surfaces.
- Store tested samples in labeled retention cabinets.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Incubators and laminar airflow cabinets.
- Colony counters and autoclaves.
- Microbial enumeration test methods.
- Microbiology laboratory worksheets.
- SOP manuals for hygiene testing.
Experience Context
