Core Responsibilities
- Prepare batch manufacturing records for creams, ointments, and tablets.
- Operate mixing and filling machines and record batch parameters.
- Monitor packing lines and update barcode verification logs.
- Attach line clearance tags to equipment after batch changeover.
- Maintain shop-floor registers for material movement and usage.
- Label finished containers before transfer to secondary packing.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- External preparation manufacturing equipment.
- Solid dosage compression and packing machines.
- BMR and BPR documentation.
- Barcode systems and scanners.
- Shop-floor production registers.
- cGMP compliance formats.
Experience Context
- Role functions on production floors within pharmaceutical plants.
- Daily handling includes multiple formulation batches.
- Without this role, batch flow and documentation stall.
