Core Responsibilities
- Load raw materials into mixers and filling machines as per batch sheets.
- Operate monoblock filling machines and monitor PLC control panels.
- Clean production equipment using approved SOP checklists.
- Record machine parameters and cleaning status in logbooks.
- Affix labeling machine settings and check label alignment.
- Move finished units to designated holding areas using pallets.
