Core Responsibilities
- Measure civil and MEP quantities on site using approved drawings and measurement sheets.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from GFC drawings using estimation formats.
- Verify contractor bills against executed site quantities and measurement books.
- Record joint measurements on physical work fronts using standard MB registers.
- Prepare interim payment certificates based on verified quantities.
- Maintain billing files and cost records for assigned project packages.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- AutoCAD drawings for civil and MEP services.
- Bill of Quantities documents.
- Measurement Book registers.
- Rate analysis sheets.
- MS Excel-based estimation tools.
- Contract billing formats.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out at active construction sites with high-rise and township projects.
- Project scale includes multiple towers, basements, and shared infrastructure packages.
- Without quantity verification, contractor billing and cost tracking cannot proceed.
