Company Introduction

Core Responsibilities
- Charge raw materials into reactors, dryers, and ancillary vessels as per batch manufacturing records.
- Monitor reactor parameters using pressure gauges, temperature probes, and control panels during batch runs.
- Collect wet and dry in-process samples in labeled containers for laboratory submission.
- Record batch-stage data in manufacturing logbooks and controlled production documents.
- Operate centrifuges, agitated dryers, and filtration units to obtain intermediate and final materials.
- Clean production equipment using approved cleaning checklists and cleaning validation formats.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Glass-lined reactors, centrifuges, and agitated dryers used in API production.
- Batch Manufacturing Records and equipment usage logbooks.
- Process control panels and temperature monitoring instruments.
- Solvent handling systems and material transfer pumps.
- Cleaning checklists and line clearance documents.
- Material identification tags and batch labeling systems.
Experience Context
- Work takes place inside an active API production plant with multiple parallel batches.
- Daily handling of small to medium-scale batches supports continuous manufacturing schedules.
- Shared equipment across products demands strict adherence to documented batch records.
- Without this role, batch progression halts, equipment remains idle, and supply timelines slip.
