Core Responsibilities
- Maintain customer master records within CRM software covering booking details, payment schedules, and possession stages.
- Record service requests raised by customers and update closure notes within ticket logs.
- Generate periodic customer status reports using CRM dashboards and exported spreadsheets.
- Upload agreement copies, payment receipts, and handover documents into digital repositories.
- Track customer lifecycle milestones using defined CRM stage checklists.
- Review complaint registers and mark resolution evidence against each case.
