Core Responsibilities
- Measure raw materials using calibrated weighing balances and record quantities in batch manufacturing records.
- Operate reactors, dryers, and centrifuges following approved manufacturing instructions.
- Charge solvents and intermediates into vessels while maintaining temperature and pressure logs.
- Clean production equipment using validated cleaning checklists and logbooks.
- Monitor reaction stages through visual checks and in process sampling sheets.
- Document batch progress in controlled registers and manufacturing forms.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Batch manufacturing records and production logbooks.
- Reactors, agitated vessels, dryers, and centrifuges.
- Temperature controllers and pressure gauges.
- In process sampling formats and yield calculation sheets.
- GMP documentation systems.
Experience Context
- Work takes place inside an active pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Daily handling of multiple batches across defined production shifts.
- Without this role, batch traceability and equipment readiness fail.
