Core Responsibilities
- Load raw materials into granulation equipment following approved batch manufacturing records.
- Monitor compression machines during tablet formation using in process control sheets.
- Adjust coating parameters on automatic coating pans as per validated settings.
- Document batch stage completion in manufacturing logbooks and equipment usage records.
- Clean production equipment using defined cleaning checklists after batch completion.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Rapid mixer granulators.
- Rotary tablet compression machines.

- In process quality check documents.
Experience Context
- Work carried out on a production floor with continuous equipment operation.
- Exposure to multiple commercial scale batches per shift.
- Without this role, tablet manufacturing stages remain incomplete.
