Core Responsibilities
- Inspect interior fit-out areas using approved drawings and mark layout lines with measuring tapes and laser levels.
- Check gypsum partitions, ceilings, and flooring work against issued shop drawings on site.
- Record daily site progress in site registers with photo logs and measurement sheets.
- Verify material deliveries such as boards, tiles, and fixtures against delivery challans.
- Monitor carpentry and finishing work using hand tools and alignment gauges.
- Tag completed zones with area status boards after stage-wise completion.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- AutoCAD interior drawings and layout plans.
- Laser level instruments and measuring tapes.
- Site registers, checklists, and measurement sheets.
- Interior fit-out tools for carpentry and finishing.
- Material delivery challans and work permits.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out at active corporate office and hospitality interior sites.
- Project scale includes multi-floor fit-outs with parallel trade work.
- Without this role, site progress tracking and layout conformity break down.
